Ingredients:
UNREFINED, RAW AFRICAN SHEA BUTTER, USNEA LICHEN ESSENTIAL OIL, ORGANIC CYPRESS (Cupressus sempervirens) ESSENTIAL OIL

Directions:
Apply a thin layer onto feet going between toes. Apply in the morning before putting socks on and before bed also wearing socks if possible though not required.
